ok, am i not the only one with the big girl, grown up kitchen floor? because, seriously, that floor is gorgeous. and everyone i know has spectacular kitchen tile floors. sigh.
regardless, i'm glad your weekend was excellent. congrats on the lovely new kitchen! (was the omlette the first thing you cooked?)

Hello - why yes, my omlette was the first thing I cooked after the floors went in. Was the first time my oven was in the kitchen and not in the dining room in a few days. :)
Thomas - Now that I have new floors, I'm swell. Congrats again on the bar, Mr. Smarty (sweat)pants.
Love the floors. But more importantly, I want you to know I would send you real letters if I had your address. Hint, hint. Also when you come to Chicago I will take you to my fav. sushi and you can tell me which is better so I can fully appreciate Sushi Den.
